My promise to God
Because God's grace has touched my heart, I want to make a promise to:
- accept Jesus Christ as my Savior (Acts 4: 12).
- repent for sins committed, and receiving God's forgiveness and continue to try not to sin (1 John 1:19; 2:1, 2).
- accept the Bible as the sole measure of truth, the daily study it (John 5:39).
- pray at least three times a day (Daniel 6:10).
- try to keep the Law of God with the Lord's help (1 John 5:3).
- keep the Sabbath and come to worship (Exodus 20: 8-11).
- receive the Spirit of prophecy (2 Chronicles 20: 20).
- take a course on a healthy lifestyle, to abstain from eating the forbidden God of products, alcohol and other harmful beverages, as well as from the destructive health habits (1 Corinthians 6:19, 20).
- dress modestly (1 Timothy 2:9, 10).
- return tithe to God and give donations (Malachi 3:6-10).
- use my talents to serve God (Matthew 15: 29), try to bring souls to Christ (Luke 8: 39).
- listen to the instructions of the Church and the clergy (Hebrews 13: 16).
I believe that the Lord is calling me to join His Church, and I am happy to answer His call!
