Lesson № 11 Will there be a trial?
Will there be a trial?

Will there be a trial?
- The holy Scriptures clearly and clearly indicate that there will be a great Judgment, which is closely connected with the end of the world. The Prophet Daniel and the Apostle John saw Him in their visions (Daniel 7: 9, 10), (Revelation 20: 12, 13).
- The judgment will be made according to the records that are kept in heaven for each person (Revelation 20:12; Malachi 3:16; Jeremiah 2:22; Matthew 12:36, 37).
- The time of the announcement and execution of the final judgment of the great Judgment is not specified in the Bible. However, it is obvious that its results will be announced after the Second Coming of Jesus Christ (Matthew 16: 27; 25:31-33).
- An analysis of the Bible's prophecies about the signs of the Second Coming suggests that the time of Jesus ' return, and this means that the time of judgment is near (Matthew 24: 3-7, 11-14; Luke 21:25-27).
- But no one knows the exact day and hour (Matthew 24: 36). However, the Bible says that God has already set a day when he will judge the universe justly (Acts 17: 31).
How will the trial take place?
The Bible says that all will be judged (Romans 14: 10):
- Both the righteous and the unrighteous will be judged (Ecclesiastes 3: 17).
- Fallen angels will also be judged (Jude 6; 2 Peter 2:4).
- Everyone will answer for their actions (Romans 14:12; 2 Corinthians 5:10)
- The court will remember and will analyze all cases (Ecclesiastes 11:9; Hebrews 4:13; Matthew 12:36; 1 Corinthians 3:13; 4:5; Romans 2:16).
- Each Court verdict: the righteous will inherit eternal life and the wicked will be destroyed (Romans 2:5-8; 2 Thessalonians 1: 6-10; Daniel 12: 2, 13; Revelation 21: 4-8).
- The believers, the representatives of God's people, will be the first to stand trial (1 Peter 4: 17).
- Those who are justified will then take part in the trial of the rest of the people themselves, taking the seats of judges (1 Corinthians 6:2; Matthew 19:28; Revelation 20:4).
