Where did Isa al-Masih (pbuh) get the Injeel from?

“And in their footsteps We sent Isa (pbuh) the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.”
The Qur’an emphatically declares that the Injeel was revealed by Allah. Isa al-Masih (pbuh) did not personally write down the Injeel, just like Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) did not write down the Qur’an. He did not need to do that for it to be an authentic revelation given to him, just as Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) did not have to write the Qur’an in order for it to be the revelation given to him. Disciples of Isa al-Masih (peace be upon them all) who heard his words penned them down simply as the history of what happened and the transcription of the words that he spoke to them as instruction.
