Does the Qur’an anywhere instruct the followers of Allah to believe in the previous Scriptures?

 

“This is the Book about which there is no doubt, a guidance for those conscious of Allah - Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them, And who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter.”

(Surat Al-Baqarah 2:2-4)

Question 1: What is the true believer supposed to do?
Believe only in the Revelation that was sent to Muslims.
Believe in whichever Revelation which they would like to believe in.
Believe in the Revelation sent to them and the Revelation sent before their time
Question 2: Which revelations were sent “before their time?”
