Does the Qur’an state that the People of the Book should stop reading the Bible (the previous Scriptures) since the Qur’an has been revealed?

Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) those who rebel.

(Surat Al-Maidah 5:47)

Question 8: If the people of the Gospel do not judge by the light revealed in the Gospel, what does the Qur’an call such a person?
A person ready to go to heaven.
A true believer.
